How airmecanx and 2oozy handle information you send through airmecanx.com.
Who runs this website
airmecanx publishes this website and decides how to use what you send through it. The website is built and hosted for airmecanx by 2oozy, a service of Airmecanx LLC.
What the contact and quote forms collect
Your name, the email address and/or phone number you give, a company name if the form asks for one and you give it, your message, the service you ask about and how you prefer to be contacted. Nothing is collected unless you send a form. To protect the forms from abuse, a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection address is kept for a short time.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites, so it does not respond differently to Do-Not-Track signals.
Discovery questions and assessment
If you use the discovery form on this website, it collects your email address, your answers to its questions and, if you ask for help, any name, phone number and note you add. They are used to prepare your preliminary assessment and to respond to your request.
To write the assessment, your answers — not your email address, name or phone number — are sent to an AI service provider, which processes them for that purpose only.
A cookie on this website lets you continue where you left off for up to 30 days. It is used for nothing else.
Marketing email is sent only if you tick the separate, optional box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Who receives it
airmecanx receives your request by email and in their 2oozy dashboard so they can reply. 2oozy stores it on airmecanx's behalf to deliver it and to protect the forms from abuse. 2oozy does not use it for anything else, does not sell it and does not share it with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Your request is kept while airmecanx uses this website and needs it to reply and keep records. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your request, or to ask not to be contacted, use the contact details below. Requests are answered within 30 days; 2oozy helps airmecanx answer them.
Security and changes
Only the people who need it can see your request, and reasonable safeguards protect it. If a breach affects you, you will be told as the law requires. This website is not for children under 13. Changes are posted here, and information already collected is not used in a materially different way without your consent.
